Development and support of integrative urban concepts (urban development planning) as well as sectoral concepts (e.g. retail, post-compression, location studies, housing market concept) Support for the development of land use planning and development of land use plan changes Control and implementation of necessary voting and participation processes Development of opinions on overarching planning and planning of neighboring municipalities (e.g. regional and regional planning, planning methods, circular development concept, construction planning of neighboring municipalities) Development or support of urban planning framework plans, construction plans and other urban planning regulations Management of quarterly developments, measures to attract central areas and strategic individual projects Representation of planning in political bodies and in the context of public participation Climate protection in urban planning and urban planning Planning assessment of complex construction applications including consulting citizens, builders, architects and investors The willingness to participate in appointments also outside the regular working time (in the evening hours and, if necessary, on weekends) is assumed. For the representation of planning in political bodies and in the context of public participation, the agreement is assumed that in this context personal image and sound recordings may be transmitted, transmitted and stored online, for example via live stream.
