Establishment or further development of the data protection management system (processes, procedures, methods) among others by supporting and implementing advice on data protection and, where appropriate, Coordination of data protection advice, risk assessments, advice and support on data protection assessments. Development of proposals for the design and preparation of the requirements for compliance with data protection standards in the company (e.g. guidelines, procedural instructions) and the documentation and presentation of technical and organisational measures. Analysis of processes and implementation of process optimization in the context of data protection management. Guidance and ongoing development of a processing directory, creation, maintenance and control of documents and patterns on data protection topics (e.g. data protection impact assessments, pattern forms). Preparations for implementing internal data protection training and data protection audits. Communication and correspondence for cooperation with the operationally responsible departments and other stakeholders in their implementation of data protection requirements. Organisation of the data subject rights management GDPR (e.g. information, revocation, deletion etc.).

Successfully completed studies of law (LL.B.), business management (B.A.) or (economic/medical) computer science or comparable qualifications or experiences and qualifications in data protection management. Analytical and conceptual skills, focusing on data and process flows as well as effective process design, Ability to address-oriented and process-oriented mediation also complex facts and requirements, Safe handling of MS Office applications Experiences in data protection areas such as computer science, information and IT security, process design and risk analysis are advantageous Enforceability, self-initiative, strong communication skills, team capacity, high level of responsibility and commitment
