Comprehensive support for a defined working group in all personal matters Independent implementation of recruitment processes, including job advertisements, applicant management and interviews Processing of processes from personnel administration and personnel development Participation in the further development and implementation of the existing personnel management system and the optimization of personnel strategies Support in the creation and processing of work contracts, certificates and other personal documents Production of reports and statistics for management and departments

Completed study with focus on personnel or completed training with further qualification in the personnel sector (e.g. Experience and enthusiasm in operational personnel work with generalist tasks Good knowledge of labour law as well as basic knowledge of the preparatory pay bill Experience in handling MS Office applications Careful, independent and result-oriented operation High level of loyalty, integrity and reliability in all topics Communicative, open-minded and service-oriented occurrence Sovereignty in dealing with different target groups
