You are responsible for the target and result-oriented planning and control of the department You shall ensure the discharge of market functions and the processing of relevant and administrative tasks related to the passive business, the asset/formation business process and tax issues related to customer reference You shall be responsible for the further processing of inventory management and, where appropriate, for the archiving of customer orders in the relevant business areas. You understand yourself as an internal service provider for market functions as well as quality assurance You are responsible for and take over the technical control and control of passive products You are responsible for data control and information processing in the corresponding business units (GVM procedures) You conduct recruitment talks, work on personnel decisions and accompany the incorporation of new employees You judge employees, promote and demand their development, define clear tasks, control results and derive appropriate measures You contribute to the introduction of new applications and processes and participate in continuous improvement processes You take over the management and coordination of department-related projects and work with You bring themselves as an ensemble in the optimization of processes as well as in the management of professional and organizational challenges

Completed training to the bank businessman/woman and studies bank academy or equivalent qualification (e.g. bank specialist or bank business manager or business studies). well-founded knowledge in the market environment as well as deeper knowledge in relevant banking processes and products very good MS-Office knowledge with and ideally have expertise in Exel Expert knowledge in handling agree21, BAP and omnichannel platforms Independent, focused and result-oriented working methods and process thinking Communication strength, service and joy in common forms
