Acceptance, qualification and processing of IT requests and disruptions via telephone, email and ticket system Trouble Analysis and Fixing in First and Second Level Support Maintenance and management of IT assets in the asset management system (e.g. Matrix42) Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software and mobile devices Operation and administration of IT systems in the Windows environment incl. Network components (PCs, printers, routing/switching etc.) Regular maintenance and rollout support

Complete training in the field of technical informatics system integration or comparable qualification Professional experience in IT support (Helpdesk, Service Desk, Second Level) Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client/server environments and network infrastructures Communication strength and a structured operation Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
