You will be trained step by step to the IT expert or IT expert and will be involved in implementing modern IT solutions from the outset. Together with experienced colleagues, you will learn how new software is created – and how existing applications are continuously improved. After development, you will test innovative user interfaces for ease of use and technical function. You will get an insight into the structure and design of data models for software and databases. You will also learn how the data exchange between our internal systems and external partners – such as clinics or doctor’s practices – works.

Whether you have a real school degree, which (special) abitur or already have a first study experience – you are welcome with us! You are interested in the IT world in healthcare and want to actively shape the digital future of one of Germany's largest health insurance companies. New technologies inspire you – you don't get enough of current IT trends. Mathematical thinking and English skills are among your strengths. You want to do something meaningful, you like to pack up and enjoy helping others with digital questions.

During your training, you will learn about different business areas at several locations throughout Germany. With flexible working hours and up to 37 days a year, enough time remains for friends, family and leisure. After the installation, you can also work in the home office – a mobile device is of course available to you. We accompany you from the outset – with targeted exam preparation, regular feedback talks and personal support. You will be part of our strong trainee network – for exchange, motivation and lots of fun in the team. With a takeover rate of almost 100%, many doors are open to you – even after training.
