Your tasks - That's what you expect

You are actively involved in machine operation and take over the setup, operation and monitoring of our production facilities. You are committed to optimizing workflows and production processes. You take over the professional leadership of a production team in the press shop. You will ensure a smooth production process taking into account quality, appointments and cost-effectiveness. You plan and coordinate the use of personnel, machines and materials. You are organising and optimizing setup processes. You ensure compliance and implementation of quality and work safety regulations. You carry out employee instructions and shopfloor meetings. You work closely with the areas of production planning, maintenance and quality assurance

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification. Multiannual experience as a funnel (m/w/d) in the field of punching technology. First leadership experience or motivation to take responsibility for a team. Structured, independent and reliable operation. Ready to work in 2-shift operation.
