You enter users: inside and key users of the supplier and shopping portal “STRABAG Portal for Suppliers (SPS)” and take on varied and responsible activities: SPS support & user communication Processing of incoming support requests in 2nd level support, interface to IT and specialist areas, organization and implementation of training and user dialogue Creation of training materials, building a structured knowledge base and active support and development of internal communication channels Coordination & international cooperationInternational rollout support of SPS in the state companies, i.e. organisation and implementation of training, knowledge transfer and material delivery etc. Interface work & System development Analysis of technical problems and further development needs, documentation and communication of support requests as well as cooperation in creating release notes

Successfully completed studies or training in the field of computer science, business management, etc. and relevant professional experience First experience in user support, training or handling IT systems of advantage Embossed IT affinity and interest in digital tools Strong communicative skills and a structured and independent working style Enthusiasm for international cooperation, knowledge transfer and intercultural communication Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
