The GFZ is the national center for researching the solid earth in Germany. It serves for the joint use of library resources by employees of the GFZ Helmholtz Centre for Geo Research, the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK), the Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research (AWI), Research Centre Potsdam and the RIFS Research Institute for Sustainability at the GFZ. It provides printed and electronic media as well as information needed for current research. The library is also the contact point for all aspects of scientific publishing. Our services focus on providing services for the creation, spreading and archiving of scientific results. For the areas of acquisition, cataloging and support in publication management, we are looking for reinforcement for our team. .
