IT Service Delivery Manager with a focus on Cyber Security (m/f/d)

You are communicative, structured and feel comfortable in the role of an interface between customer, security team and sales? You also keep an overview when Security Incidents, customer requests and operational topics are running parallel? Then you are right with us! In this role, you ensure that our cyber security services work reliably during ongoing operation and that our customers are always optimally supervised. Your mission – or, in other words, your tasks You act as a central contact for “Your” customers around our cyber security services – especially from managed security to incident management. You coordinate the cooperation between customers, security operations and technical teams and ensure smooth and efficient management of service delivery. You make sure that security requirements are correctly recorded, understood and implemented in operational operation. You keep up-to-date services and recognise risks, dependencies and needs for action at an early stage. For a structured prioritization in operation, you actively support the control of incidents and service requests. You strengthen customer relationships through clear, professional and transparent communication – especially in critical situations or escalations. You accompany service processes such as security requests, offer and contract processes as well as billing and keep in mind service levels and priorities. You actively participate in the further development of our security processes and introduce your own ideas to optimize security services.

What you bring – besides the desire to move something You have completed an education or study in the IT sector – and you bring true enthusiasm for cyber security issues. You bring first to several years of professional experience in the IT environment and are particularly interested in cyber security, IT security and modern technologies. You already have experience in working with customers and can communicate professionally and solution-oriented even in complex or critical situations. Ideally, you could gain first experience in the coordination or control of teams, tickets or service processes and keep track of parallel topics. You can work independently, structured and take responsibility – and you can actively engage topics and proactively. You have very good German and good English skills and communicate safely with technical teams and customers in both languages.
