Your tasks Repair and customer care (personal and telephone) appointment coordination and appointment preparation Creation of repair orders and costing of cost proposals technical clarification of customer requests and advice Processing of complaints and warranty cases Customer acquisitions close cooperation with the workshop mastery and service assistant

Your qualifications Successfully completed training on motor vehicle mechatronics (m/w/d), preferably in the commercial vehicle sector also possible as cross-incomeers from the passenger car area First relevant professional experience in service consulting desirable Good IT skills (MS-Office, SAP, ESA) Self-employed, committed and customer-oriented work Embossed customer and service orientation Decisionability and flexibility driving license class CE of advantage High commitment and team capability
