This makes the position

KLE Klinik Logistik & Engineering GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). We coordinate and optimize all logistics processes for the UKE and are responsible for the maintenance of the entire medical technology. The KLE forms the entire supply chain – from procurement to storage, transport, delivery of the materials to patients: inside to disposal.

In addition, the patient's fields of activity include: inland transport, the treatment of reusable medical devices, instrument management and other diverse logistics services on the clinic grounds. For the UKE, we take over the medical technology planning services and are responsible for their maintenance and maintenance.

This position is for the first time limited to 12 months. A later takeover into an indefinite working relationship is sought.

The VSH tariff agreement together with domestic expansion agreements applies.

For our children's clinic, we are looking for a nursing specialist as a device manager:r

Your tasks:

• First-line service for medical devices (MT devices) in the children's clinic
• Instruction of MT devices of Appendix 1 to MPBettriebV
• Retraining and refreshment courses for users:inside
• Contact person for users:in, internal and external technicians:in the field
• notification and delivery of defective MT devices for medical technology
• Support for MT advice and planning for the replacement of MT devices
• Function as interface between users:inside and medical technology
• General administrative and documentation tasks

• Complete training for health care and nursing:in, nursing staff, nursing staff or comparable
• Also welcome with another completed training and well-founded experience with medical devices in the area of children's clinic
• Knowledge of the use of medical devices is required
• Understanding the MPBettriebV and MPDG as well as the relevant safety standards
• Organisational skill, high operational readiness and loadability
• Communicative and experienced in handling customers
• Knowledge in handling the current Microsoft Office package
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

Immunity status
