Plant Controller International Production Sites I SAP S/4HANA I Digitalization & AI (m/f/d)

You perform a central function at the interface between production, operations and controlling. You will work independently on the further development of our controlling processes and support the control of our production sites in Germany and the USA. You are consciously given a lot of responsibility and design space. At the same time, an environment awaits you in which pragmatism, self-initiative and the willingness to advance new topics are appreciated. Your duties Takeover and strategic further development of the factory controller for our production companies in Germany and the USA Conception and implementation of a uniform control system based on standardized indicators Harmonization and digitization of controlling processes across all plants Active participation of the transformation of SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA, in particular at the interfaces between operations and controlling Determination of production costs and machine hourly rates based on cost center calculation (BAB) Implementation of target-actual comparisons and identification of optimization and efficiency potentials Preparation and implementation of controlling talks with the operational executives Preparation of evaluations, analyses and decision templates for factory management, COO and management Participation in building a structured investment controlling Assessment of inventories and support for monthly and annual accounts Development of reporting and analysis instruments through digitalization, automation and the use of modern AI technologies Participation in cross-departmental projects to improve transparency, economics and manageability

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the factory, production or operation controlling of a manufacturing company Good knowledge of cost accounting and a solid understanding of production processes Practical experience in handling SAP, ideally in the modules CO, FI and/or PP Good knowledge of English for cooperation with our international locations Analytical thinkability and a structured and solution-oriented manner Interest in digitalization, process improvements and modern technologies in controlling Communication strength and joy in cooperation with international teams
