Your student activity with us Support in the organisation, implementation and maintenance of personnel development measures such as training and personnel development talks Working with the development and implementation of onboarding and offboarding concepts for new employees, including leading exit talks Working with different HR projects, for example by searching, designing or creating presentations Participation in various topics in our Learning Management System, e.g. organizing seminars and creating digital learning content Support for administrative tasks in personnel, including data management and documentation

Immatricated Student (from the 3rd semester) in the field of Business Administration with a focus on human resources, economic psychology or a related degree programme First practical experience in operational personnel management Creative and solution-oriented thinking and fun on team work Fast conception as well as independent and structured work Safe in dealing with current MS Office programs
