You are a specialist contact person:in and discussion partner:in the field of life insurance and retirement provision. You will become part of a small, dynamic team within the legal area and actively shape important topics with social significance.

This is what awaits you as a speaker in insurance law (m/w/d) The thorough analysis and evaluation of new regulatory measures - in particular legislative drafts - at national and international level (for example Retail Investor Strategy and Framework for Financial Data Access of the EU) are part of your tasks as well as the intensive and proactive support of internal and external discussions on this. You work on the Board of Management with regard to regulatory issues and support it in the company's representation of interests in political areas. You recognize, evaluate and drive relevant future topics of life insurance innovatively, in cooperation with the cross-group specialist departments. You participate in the development of strategic positions and a coordinated regulatory strategy. This also includes cooperation in bodies of relevant industry associations. You work in (group-) overarching cooperation, coordination and interface formats and introduce the technical perspective from life insurance into the discussions.

(m/w/d) You are a full lawyer:in, Aktuar:in or have a comparable degree with good grades. But also as a professional starter: with a good degree you can apply. Ideally, you bring professional experience as an expert:in the field of regulatory and financial/insurance. You are interested in political decision-making processes and have ideally already gained experience in this area. You are convinced by independent, thorough and targeted work, and you can quickly penetrate complex content and prepare it in a comprehensible way. You have very good German and English skills (C1 level). Further language skills are advantageous.
