Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of around 30 employees Total responsibility for operation and maintenance of the plants in the West business area incl. Water recovery, treatment and storage Control of budget, costs and resources and approval processes Participation in cross-sector and enterprise-wide projects Continuous support, cooperation and monitoring of audit appointments of relevant management systems (e.g. TSM, energy management, emergency and crisis management, maintenance management) Organisation and implementation of operations Representation of the department in internal and external bodies

Complete engineering studies (e.g. civil engineering, settlement water management, supply technology, process engineering or comparable) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position with leadership experience Knowledge of technical regulations (e.g. DVGW) and business and legal framework Representative leadership, communication and decision-making strength as well as negotiation skills and high social competence Ready to call and license class B
