Your tasks: You take over the project manager function for complex infrastructure projects in the field of the S-Bahn Berlin and project sections via the performance phases 1–9 of the HOAI and control their quality, budget, and timely implementation Responsibility for adhering to the project goals and a stable and optimised overall project cost forecast lies in your task You take control of the time, cost and risk management and initiate appropriate countermeasures at an early stage in the event of target threats As project manager, you coordinate the project participants as well as planning, construction, construction monitoring and testing services, ensure the implementation of the traffic and operational requirements and take over the professional management of the associated employees The focus is on active interface management for ongoing neighboring projects and coordination with authorities, participating third parties and plant managers.
