You ensure the smooth operation of our building equipment by performing independent maintenance and minor repairs in the areas of electrical, heating, sanitary and air conditioning. For larger maintenance measures, you control external service providers – from the supply pick-up to the coordination to the final quality pick-up. Through regular inspections on buildings and technical installations, you identify proactive needs for action and document everything completely to comply with operator responsibility. As the first respondent for all domestic matters, you support your colleagues in everyday work and find pragmatic solutions. In addition, you can use the service vehicle to carry out trips between our locations and support internal logistics tasks if necessary.

You bring a completed technical training, for example in electrical engineering, electrical installation or in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology. Thanks to your craftsmanship and understanding of building technology, you will find a practical solution for every challenge. You work independently, structured and reliable and convince by their pronounced service orientation in dealing with colleagues and partners. You have a class B driver's license as well as a truck license to safely move our vehicles. You communicate safely in German (at least C1 level) to coordinate with all contact persons.
