Production Line (Bulk & Finishing) incl. Budget, cost center and employee responsibility Ensuring compliance with operational GMP requirements Control of production documentation (production instructions, specification documents) Ensuring the correct production of batch documentation and other quality recordings as well as the suitability of production rooms, plants and equipment Support in the organisation and implementation of process transfers from development to production and production to the customer Responsibility for correct processing of procedural deviations Approval and monitoring of changes in the course of the change control procedure Ensuring the quality of the products and assessing quality deviations Executing and monitoring CAPA measures from deviations, customer complaints, audit deficiencies, etc. and implementation of CAPA measures Representation of the responsibility area gü. Successfully completed studies in the scientific-pharmaceutical field, ideally pharmaceutical Ideally well-founded professional experience as head (w/m/d) of manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry and as head (w/m/d) of customer projects Multi-year leadership experience Very good knowledge of GMP regulations and regulatory requirements Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g. AMG, etc.) High leadership and social competence, team ability, flexibility, logical and analytical thinking skills as well as enforcement German and English skills
