For the overall responsibility of demanding, highly complex industrial projects, in particular with a focus on Data Center Hyperscaler, in the Life Science or the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a leadership personality that takes responsibility, leads projects to success and brings true hands-on mentality. Location: flexible – nationwide at a Drees & Summer location of your choice Total responsibility for highly complex and large-volume EPCM projects focusing on high-tech industrial buildings and large-scale plants, such as Data Center Hyperscaler, Semiconductor Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical Production Plants Fully strategic-operational project management responsibility with the achievement of coverage, quality and efficiency targets Predictive implementation of all necessary project decisions regarding cost, time and quality requirements Lead the participating project teams in a holistic approach from technical competence, quality management and budget responsibility Taxing cooperation, securing proactive communication and saving ring between internal and external stakeholders across the entire project Design and conceptual-processual further development of project management workflows

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, utility technology, chemical engineering or a comparable qualification Extensive and multi-annual well-founded professional experience in overall responsibility, in particular in project management of complex (EPCM)industrial projects in the above-described high-tech environment Understanding the entire planning and processing process of large-scale construction projects as well as entrepreneurial sense within the project management Knowledge in dealing with HOAI, AHO, VOB, FIDIC, RIBA and with common risk management methods German and English knowledge in word and writing Own-responsible, conceptual, structured and cross-sector work Solution-oriented negotiation skills and good sense for people and facts Unrestricted project-related readiness within Germany and Europe
