Laying of fiber reinforcements in the manual laying process and processing of the resin systems of unsaturated polyesters (UP), epoxide (EP) and vinyl ester (VE) Applying the vacuum infusion method, controlling vacuum and resin infusion as well as producing high-quality composite components processing of preimpregnated semifinished fibre products (prepreg) and manufacturing of components with exactly matched fiber orientation and resin quantity Repair existing fiber composite components, restore damaged areas and back up to original performance operating digital control units (BU's), use of projection lasers for precise fiber alignment and control of the forming machine for producing complex geometries

Completed training for:to design mechanic:in Multiannual professional experience as fiber composite plastic processor / -in according to DVS 2290/2220 Secure handling of Excel and Word; CAD knowledge of advantage High quality awareness and continuous striving for improvements Openness for further qualification and training measures as well as team-oriented working with strong communication and cooperation capability
