Strategic support: You accompany the management in the day-to-day business as well as the strategic management of the company and work closely with the teams of the various departments.

Boardwork & Governance: You are responsible for designing, preparing and preparing committee meetings and ensuring a smooth flow of information.

Moderation & Organisation: You plan and moderate important meetings in the corporate context and develop creative concepts for events and management formats.

Project management: You take over the (partial) leadership for strategic projects in the Processes & Systems department and supports customer service and metering.

Impulsgeber: You develop ideas to continuously improve cooperation and communication within the leadership.

Experience: You have several years of professional experience in a similar role (e.g. as a consultant: in management, project manager:in or consulting).

Competence: You have strong analytical and strategic capabilities and secure stakeholder management at all hierarchy levels.

Methodology: You are safe in handling modern working methods (e.g. OKR, Lean Management or Agile Frameworks) and have experience in managing digital projects.

Communication: You are an active listener, solution-oriented and moderate. You can master German and English fluently.

Tool-Stack: The professional handling of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint & Excel) as well as collaboration tools such as teams and Miro is of course for you.
