As a consultant (w/m/d), you identify risks, control contract deviations and develop strategies for critical project situations. Identification, evaluation and consulting of project risks in all project phases Evaluation and control of any contract deviations in project execution Support in the area of contract design and negotiation strategies Participation in developing strategies for stabilising critical project situations Support in the resolution of conflicts Participation in the analysis and negotiation of supplementary claims from all areas of focus, as well as in German and international contractual forms (AHO, HOAI, VOB, FIDIC, NEC, etc.)

Completed (master) degree of engineering, architecture, real estate economics or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the form of internships or student work activities in consulting, contract management or project management are desirable, ideally with reference to construction or project management. Real estate Experience in the calculation, creation or testing of supplements is advantageous Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed communication skills as well as a structured analytical and independent mode of operation
