Your tasks

Pedagogical accompaniment:Our clients need individually adapted assistance, so you can take on, among other things, the professional educational/ therapeutic support as well as takeover, guidance and assistance in daily life activities and work together with our clients to develop methods and measures for the individual target agreement.

To humans:You support, support and promote people with special assistance needs – your activity will support the strengths of the individual individually and specifically.

Relationships:They provide assistance in professional development, act empirically also in challenging situations and represent an appreciation, professional attitude at eye level.

*Responsibility: *Your organizational design is in demand, as participation design, documentation and creation of development reports are also part of your tasks.

Your profile

Qualifications:You have completed training as a curative nursein, ergotherapistin, educatorin or as a curative teacherin and have ideally experiences in dealing with people with particular assistance needs.
