Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for cross-departmental, international IT and transformation projects from target definition to rule operation, as well as deriving targets, priorities and actions from the Group and IT strategy in coordination with the IT manager Management of scope, budget, dates, quality and risks as well as ensuring the business results and early escalation of target conflicts with concrete solutions Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams, coordination of internal departments and external service providers and management of dependencies between projects, programs and strategic initiatives Creation of address-oriented decision-making templates for IT management, management board and control bodies as well as the consolidation of technical, economic and organisational circumstances to stressable decision bases Development and evaluation of action options, business cases and scenario analyses, constructive processing of conflicts of interest, sustainable decisions in conflicts of objectives and resources, and confidential handling of sensitive information

Higher education in the field of economic informatics or equivalent qualification Long-standing relevant professional experience, in particular in international IT project management Certifications in IT service management (e.g. ITIL) and project management (e.g. IPMA Level C, PRINCE2) German and English knowledge in word and writing Very pronounced customer and solution-oriented approach
