The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the immobility policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn, federal courts and research institutes to customs, federal police, Bundeswehr or the Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW). In dialogue with our customers, we make the way to climate-neutral real estate management. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (same status or the next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF).

As a real estate service provider of the federal government, BImA is significantly involved in the implementation of the federal government's climate policy objectives. This also includes the expansion of charging infrastructure on our properties to promote electromobility. In this position, you take over the project responsibility at regional level for the FM main office Erfurt (responsible for the federal states of Saxony and Thuringia) and ensure the achievement of the project objectives in compliance with costs, dates and qualities. You perceive the contracting entity role for contract management with distribution system operators and control the process in your main office. This also includes the support of the tendering and award procedures and the examination and subsequent approval of the execution plans. You ensure smooth cooperation between all project participants - BImA-intern, but also with external service providers and the service users of our properties. With your professional know-how, you support the full-service service providers in the construction and implementation phase and are available as a contact person.
