System Engineer / IT-Administrator VMware Aria & vCenter (m/w/d)

Administration, operation and further development of our VMware-Aria platform (formerly vRealize) for automation, monitoring and cost management Support and administration of our vCenter environment including ESXi hosts and clusters Ensuring high availability, capacity planning and lifecycle management of the virtualization environment Integration of storage systems (SAN, vSAN, NAS) and network technologies into the VMware infrastructure Creation and optimization of automation workflows for commissioning and operation Processing of fault messages within the framework of 2nd level support Working in projects to further develop the hybrid cloud strategy and automation

Enthusiasm for virtualization technologies and automation as well as at least 3 years of professional experience in the VMware environment Funded knowledge in the administration of VMware Aria (Automation, Operations, Cost Insight, Log Insight) Very good knowledge of vSphere / vCenter Administration incl. ESXi, DRS, HA and vMotion Understanding Storage Technologies (SAN, vSAN, NAS) and Host Systems Knowledge of Scripting (PowerCLI, PowerShell) as well as experience with infrastructure as code of advantage Embossed team and communication skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
