You set up orders – both for planned construction measures and for work after fault reports. All the plants of the wesernetz, i.e. electricity, gas, water, district heating and glass fiber, are busy. You create offers and invoices for technical services and insurance damage and assign the related orders You check the performances (material, hours, external services) and check if all documents are complete You complete orders in a commercial manner and process corresponding obligos You tune maintenance measures with controlling and operating areas from wesernetz You support team and specialist group management in organizational tasks, work in projects and take special tasks You will create proof of disposal and transport documents for the disposal of waste You carry out ordering processes and first and/or check invoices in the area of planning and construction

You have completed technical or commercial training and further qualification for the state-tested technician, IHK master, specialist or comparable training You ideally have first experience in a similar field of activity You have a practice-oriented way of thinking in implementing repair and renewal projects and a strong interest in new techniques and digitalization You are safe in handling SAP, GIS and M365 (ideally MS-Power BI) You have first experiences in dealing with EANV portal for implementing waste certificates You work independently and efficiently and have a high self-motivation and team orientation
