In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a lecturer in Accounting andamp; (m/w/d)* deadline for 31.12.2027.

You will become part of a dynamic team that fully implements the requirements for hybrid work in flexibly shapeable part-time and full-time and fully takes into account the needs of each member. Your job

• You participate in the creation of commercial annual financial statements as well as the IFRS Group Reporting and are responsible for your own companies. Also, the current main accounting (without secondary books) is your responsibility.
• Together with the operative employees and the team members, you build new companies and actively accompany the business development.
• You are committed and motivated to overarching projects and initiate process optimization.
• You create the cross-departmental interface - including the parent company - and ensure the implementation of balance sheet policies and reporting requirements.
• You continue to develop your expertise and participate in workshops and training in the team and in the entire group of companies.
• You provide individual questions regarding new business incidents as well as standard changes according to HGB and IFRS as well as with regard to the regulatory authority's requirements, align them in the house as well as with the group sister companies, and ensure their implementation in the HanseWerk Group. Your profile
• You have a degree in economics or a comparable discipline or a comparable professional qualification.
• Ideally, you already have a well-founded knowledge of HGB and IFRS.
• You show self-initiative and enforcement. In addition, you have a good analytical mindset, a quick understanding and the ability to communicate clearly and structuredly.
• You have fun exchanging with colleagues across corporate boundaries and working together.
