In our company, you are responsible for the management of personnel, including layer classification/planning and foreign company coordination. The area of responsibility that you have transferred includes monitoring of the appropriate, professional and timely work execution on site as well as the collection of services based on performance directories for billing with customers/suppliers. In addition, you are responsible for the independent creation of offers and performance directories in your area of work, as well as the request for deliveries and services of various subcontractors in coordination with the project management.

Furthermore, your tasks include: Participation in construction site visits and meetings (customers, BG, etc.) Documentation and initiation of measures in case of delays, quality problems, malfunctions in the workflow, etc. The assessment and claim management also fall within your task Assessment and preparation of repair concepts Responsibility for compliance with labour safety regulations Safety instruction of assembly personnel and the creation of risk assessments Creation of assembly documentation and reporting to project management, customers and partners Last but not least, you represent the company to customers and suppliers

You are industrial masters (m/w/d), technicians (m/w/d) or have many years of professional experience with boiler, pipeline and/or industrial assembly. Very good knowledge of all work on boiler pressure parts and piping systems as well as associated components are also excellent.
