As a support force (m/w/d), you accompany our residents in everyday life and contribute to creating structure, orientation and quality of life. You work reliably, empathically and in close cooperation with the care and care team as well as other departments. Framework conditions: Place of use: Garbsen, Hahne Residenz ''Haus der Ruhe''. Hours: part-time with 20 hours per week. Working hours: Early and late services within a 5.5-day week. Early service takes place mainly between 09:00 and 13:00, late service between 13:30 and 17:00. You work mostly in the morning. Sundays are generally free, except residents' festivals or special events. Payment: For a weekly working time of 20 hours, the monthly gross salary is €1,666.92.

Your tasks: Everyday entertainment: support for residents in everyday activities, day structuring, as well as support for walks and events. Care offers: planning and implementation of individual and group offers to promote quality of life, activation and employment. Social participation: promotion of conversations, contacts and community activities and sensitive care, especially of people with dementia. Observation & Collaboration: Perception of residents, documentation of care measures and close cooperation with the care and care team.

Your profile: Qualification: Approved qualification as a care force according to § 43b / § 53c SGB XI is absolutely necessary. Experience: Ideally experience in the care of people with dementia. Personality: Sensitive, patient and appreciation in dealing with older people. Operation: Reliable, structured and responsible. Team skills: joy in cooperation and respectful cooperation.
