In this role, you take the central task of preparing and implementing the monthly wage and salary bill for our location – always in close coordination with the admin team in Berlin. For the reliable collection and testing of billing data, you actively contribute to the further development of our HR processes. If you work exactly and like to trade independently, you fit perfectly with us. You support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of monthly wage and salary bills in close cooperation with our admin team in Berlin You collect and check billing data from different sources and proactively inform the employees Evaluate carefully and tune health insurance accounts With your help we optimize our accounting processes and systems to work more efficiently As a contact person*in you are assisting employees, social security institutions and authorities in matters relating to pay tax and social insurance law You care for personal master and movement data and pay attention to high data quality in our HR systems In addition, you actively contribute to HR projects and thus support the further development of our staff area

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your expertise Ideally, you already have practical experience in payroll accounting Basic knowledge of pay tax and social security law enables you to safely handle relevant topics You are routined in dealing with MS Office applications, especially Excel, and have ideally already worked with HR software systems Self-contained, structured and careful work will distinguish you and ensure high quality in your results You also keep an overview under time pressure and perform tasks reliably within set deadlines You are motivated to take responsibility and actively engage in a dynamic team and working environment
