Senior Group Financial Accountant in Luxembourg (m/f/d)

Participate in the operational accounting of ANDE SE and its European branches(Germany, Italy, Spain,Franceand Belgium)in compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and tax regulations Perform monthly closing activities, including postings and company-level consolidations Validate, post, and document holding company transactions(e.g.allocation of management fees to branches)as part of the financial statement Act as a key contact for industry finance teams and internal stakeholders (Tax, Actuarial, FP&A, Internal Audit)within AND-E company and with ANDEL group centers. Collaborate with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, and Luxembourg authorities Contribute to finance projects, process improvements, and the digitalization/automation of accounting workflows including AI applications

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a comparable professional qualification (e.g. Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, CFA) Relevant professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally within the insurance industry Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS, particularly in an international consolidation environment Very good Excel skills and solid understanding of accounting IT systems Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a proactive mindset Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
