Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) includes the design, control and management of standardized business and subprocesses for external clients. In the written position you take over both the management and implementation of corresponding projects and the advice and support of our customers in project management-related questions.

Your duties include: Conception, development and continuous development of innovative solutions in the field of BPO taking into account strategic business development goals Implementation and management of BPO projects Self-development and implementation of appropriate measures to achieve defined project objectives Planning, coordination, monitoring and control of all project processes Regular coordination with relevant stakeholders and interface partners Creation of project reports and presentation of project progress and results to customers and stakeholders Implementation of market, competition and trend analyses to identify new business opportunities and project potentials in the BPO sector Support for the acquisition of new customers and projects Creation of technical and commercial offers and participation in offer presentations

Complete studies in the field of logistics, BWL, economic engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management, ideal for logistics or supply chain Experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder management Embossed analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking Communication strength and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external partners Structured, self-responsible operation with high result orientation German and English knowledge in word and writing
