Operational Configuration Manager (m/f/d)

Monitoring all KM measures for software, hardware and documentation and ensuring maintenance of baselines, updates and contractual deliveries. Keep in mind the scales and ensure compliance with the defined KM performances and expenses in the respective work packages. In coordination with the project management, update the schedule for the creation, release and archiving of configuration units. Coordinate document management and active cooperation throughout the workflow – from formal examination to collection in SAP PLM. Guide and moderate audits as well as change‐control board sessions based on defined planning. Continuous support in monitoring and compliance with all configuration management processes.

Complete studies in engineering or a comparable qualification with a pronounced technical interest. First practical experience in configuration management. Ideally, there is already a KM certification or willingness to acquire it. Basic knowledge of project management and system development; Motivation to further deepen knowledge. Safe English in word and writing for daily cooperation. First contact points with SAP/PLM, Jira or SharePoint (plus). Structured, independent mode of operation combined with strong communication skills and flexibility in dynamic situations.
