Finded professional experience in a comparable position of a manufacturing company Successfully completed training, study or comparable training First leadership experience professional or disciplinary (e.g. as alternate or team leader) Practice-proven knowledge in negotiating contracts and prices Entrepreneurial thinking, affinity for industrial products and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office and a common ERP system, ideally SAP
