Senior Process Manager Bill‑to‑Cash (Order‑to‑Cash / O2C) (m./w./div.)

As Senior Process Manager Bill‐to‐Cash (Order‐to‐Cash / O2C), you are responsible for the end-to-end response for our global B2C processes – from billing to cash application to collections, disputes & credit management. This role is ideal for experienced O2C specialists who want to take the next step towards global process governance, standardization and transformation. You design the process design, responsibility for payment governance, control our BPO partners and drive key initiatives such as SAP harmonisation, automation and process digitalization. The position offers high visibility, international cooperation and strategic responsibility with genuine design excellence – and deliberately dispenses with operational booking activities.

Education: studies in BWL, finance, accounting or comparable qualification Experience and know-how: Mind. 5 years of experience in Finance with focus on Bill‐to‐Cash / Payment Operations, deep process understanding in Billing, Cash Application, Collections and Dispute Management, ideally experience in the BPO or shared services environment Advantages: safe handling of SAP ECC (FI/CO), experience with S/4HANA or BW, experience in process governance or operational excellence, experience with SAP template harmonization or ERP rollouts, experience in credit management, risk assessment or dispute automation Personality and Operation: Analytical, Structured, Solution-Orientated Operation, High Communication and Stakeholder Management Competence Languages: very good English knowledge in word and writing, good German knowledge in word and writing
