Optimization of the supply chain process and planning and logistics processes from purchasing to shipping Shortening of lead times and optimising demand and capacity planning Ensuring an optimal planning process including customer demand planning, medium- and long-term capacity planning and operational production planning (planning of customer orders and forecasts) Regular reporting of supply chain metrics such as OTD, delivery times, stocks (values and range). Deviation analysis compared to target values as well as introduction and implementation of measures to further optimise the results Regular coordination with customers, suppliers and external supply chain partners, in particular implementation and participation in S&OP meetings with customers Ensuring reliable and efficient logistics for goods receipt, storage and shipping. Consideration of GMP and GDP principles Optimization of cross-departmental and site processes in the areas of planning, purchasing, logistics, master data and artwork management with special attention to LEAN principles Increasing internal customer satisfaction through close cooperation with other specialist departments at the site and the other works in the group of companies Leadership, motivation and further development of the SCM team

Complete study with focus on supply chain management / logistics / economic engineering / BWL or comparable Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing and/or packaging company in the field of SCM, logistics, production control Practical experience in the implementation of lean management methods (e.g. value flow analyses, 5s, visual management, pits, SIPOC, TPM or comparable) Industry knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry Expert for business process optimization from the supplier to the customer Strong leadership and value competence Personally, you are characterized by a pronounced customer orientation, very good process and result orientation and move safely at different hierarchical levels with customers, stakeholders and shareholders You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
