We pursue three key objectives: The development and implementation of an AP-wide strategy process, which sets clear focus, ensures the achievement of long-term goals and positions the AP as a control unit of the BWI. Monitoring and control of projects with a cross-border framework of action, numerous interfaces and/or transformative character to ensure that they are implemented in a targeted, effective and consistent manner with the overall strategy.
