Ensuring and organizing professional wound care in cooperation with the treating clinics Implementation and implementation of our treatment concept on site Process organization based on our comprehensive clinic concept treatment care and holistic advice and care of patients with chronic and secondary healing wounds of any cause Participation in the comprehensive expansion of existing pain and fall management Ensuring continuity of treatment Quality assurance Organisation and implementation of continuing and continuing training as well as individual and group training Participation in the preparation of assessments Ensuring professional documentation of the assessment and treatment course of wound care Coordination of complementary treatment measures of external service providers in an interdisciplinary wound care network
