As Tech Lead (m/w/d) in our Product Team Personalization, you are responsible for the design and implementation of data mappings and data flows in an agile environment You automate and accelerate data flows and machine learning workloads You will design and develop our data and analysis platforms In line with BAUHAUS's strategic goals, you unleash future-proof architectures and platforms You run and empower your team of software engineers, for example by coaching or code reviews Together with other product teams, you work to ensure an inclusive architecture You actively contribute to our Tech Leader community and shape our work

Successfully completed studies in the STEM area or comparable to an affinity for data and software development At least five years of relevant professional experience as Data Engineer (m/w/d) ideally in retail or e-commerce You can demonstrate first experience in managing a team of software engineers Very good knowledge of Python, SQL, Cloud Services (GCP, DevOps), Infrastructure as Code and Machine Learning (MLOps) Experience in the integration of SaaS solutions and internal GCP solutions Very good knowledge of English and ideally good knowledge of German complete your profile.
