As part of a small team, you coordinate and monitor the holistic execution of repair and assembly orders You are responsible for the order from A – Z: from the order system, to the planning to post-processing You are in close contact with our customer service technicians, service partners and colleagues You will also be responsible for the coordination, planning and support of customer service technicians You ensure material availability and are responsible for professional order controlling

A completed commercial vocational training, ideally with first experience in MRP Knowledge of popular MS Office products Knowledge of housing/house technology is advantageous A strong team, cooperation and communication skills A high level of customer orientation and self-motivation and initiative Efforts to decide and organize, reliability and sense of responsibility You'll be structuring and acting independently on the organization of your work area
