Manager Project Portfolio Network (m/f/d)

You develop and manage the foundations of the company-wide multi-project and portfolio management and ensure a uniform methodological and governance orientation of the projects in society. These include the further development of standards, procedures and templates as well as the sustainable anchoring in the organisation and the continuous improvement of project methodology and data quality. Your tasks in detail: You design and control reporting for our project portfolio, bring relevant project information together, develop key figures and analyses and translate them into resilient decision-making bases for management and department management. This ensures high data quality and transparency. You control the portfolio-wide resource and capacity planning, identify bottlenecks and develop sound scenarios for prioritization, rebalancing and targeted use of resources. The coordination and support of the portfolio and project-related body processes, including the follow-up of decisions, measures and deadlines, are part of your tasks as well as ensuring a transparent and structured coordination across departmental boundaries. In addition, you take over the management of cross-organisational projects with strategic, process or digital relevance and ensure that agreed goals, milestones and results are achieved in time and in high quality. You promote the sustainable anchoring of multi-project management standards in the organization, plan training formats and support project leaders in the application of the methods.

You have a Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree course. Certifications in project management or in agile methods are advantageous. Their strong analytical and organizational ability allows you to prepare complex issues structuredly and create precise basis for decision-making. You safely moderate reviews, workshops and meetings and communicate with project leaders, specialist departments and executives. Experiences in project management and portfolio methods as well as in the management of projects are desirable. Your very good knowledge of M365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) is ideally complemented by know-how in PowerBI, workflow and automation solutions (Power Automate) or project-related tools such as Project and Planner.
