E-C-G Facility Management GmbH was founded in 2010. It originated from the merger of various experienced facility management companies. Our headquarters is in Leipzig. We act for our customers nationwide.

For our office in Nuremberg we are looking for an active and motivated support for our team for the next possible entry. The areas of activity are, inter alia, the management of tasks, the commissioning of various companies and the creation of invoices.

Your tasks:

• Reception and management of customers and guests
• Central contact for all customer and guest wishes
• supervision of an exhibition room
• Care and possibly hosting (drinks, coffee) of guests
• Telephone service with relays
• PC activities (Excel, MS-Office)
• Postal service of letters and parcels (sort, frank, deliver)

Your profile:

• PC knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Basic knowledge of English
• Careful appearance
• Team skills
• friendly handling of customers, guests and employees

Working time: flexible between 8am-18am Working hours per week: 30 hours
