Integration Manager (all genders)

Project Management and Readiness Assessment: Planning and monitoring of integration projects for the Fulfilment service, including software integration with the customer and evaluating the readiness of the warehouse locations. Stakeholder Coordination and Change Management: Close cooperation with internal departments, customers and external partners to clarify requirements for software and warehouse services and CR management. Monitoring, reporting and customer orientation: Regular monitoring of the progress of integration projects, creation of status reports and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Experience in project management: You have several years of experience in project management, ideally in the field of Fulfilment services or software integration. Technical understanding: You have a good understanding of software solutions and warehouse logistics to successfully control the integration of systems and processes. Analytical and communicative skills: You have pronounced analytical skills and good communication to evaluate the willingness to use and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Flexibility and team skills: You are adaptable, you can work in the team and react quickly in a dynamic environment and find solutions.
