Responsible project management in the performance phase 8 (object monitoring) according to HOAI for demanding projects in the fields of high and low current as well as elevator installations Control and coordination of the construction design taking into account quality, costs and dates Planning of electrical installations Responsible coordination and coordination with clients, builders, architects, specialist planners, authorities and exporting companies Quality assurance and supervision of professional execution according to planning Cost control and audit of allowances, invoices and supplements Organisation and management of construction meetings and ensuring a continuous exchange of information between all project participants Coordination and supervision of commissioned subcontractors Participation in decreases, commissioning and state determinations Creation and maintenance of project and construction documentation as well as on-time documentation of project progress

You have successfully completed your studies, technicians (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering You have several years of relevant professional experience (ideally in construction) in the range of performance phases 8 to 9 according to HOAI Ideally, you have experience in handling construction projects for contractors You have knowledge of VOB You have an understanding of inter-company relationships You have very good German knowledge (min. C1 level), English skills are advantageous You have a class B driving licence You convince by a safe occurrence, communicative skills and the willingness to introduce and develop your knowledge and skills into a team
