Telephone and written support of our customers as well as acceptance and clarification of service requests Creation of offers and testing of customer orders and contracts including invoices Planning and coordination of repairs, maintenance and calibrations taking into account priority, cost-effectiveness and customer requirements Maintenance and management of customer, device and contract data in the corresponding systems Close cooperation with service and calibration technicians as well as other internal areas of expertise Active support in customer loyalty through service-oriented and solution-oriented communication Ensuring efficient and timely order processing Participation in the continuous improvement of internal service and administration processes

Successfully completed commercial, technical or comparable training Technical understanding and interest in technical products and services First professional experience in customer service, internal service, disposition or order processing Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications Experience with ERP, CRM or service management systems of advantage (Infor / Salesforce) Impressed organisational and coordination capability and structured working High customer and service orientation Communication strength and joy in handling customers and colleagues Teamability, reliability and initiative Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
