You monitor our server, network and virtualization environments, analyze disturbances and ensure stable and reliable operation. Incidents process priority, control escalations and document all processes audit-proof for internal and external audits. You play security-relevant updates promptly, fix vulnerabilities and provide the necessary KRITIS evidence. In addition, ensure the restoreability of our systems and perform regular restore tests. Changes plan and implement risk-conscious, coordinate maintenance windows and accompany release processes. You create and maintain operating documents independently. In addition, ensure compliance with KRITIS and ISO 27001 requirements and thus ensure an auditable environment at any time.

You have completed training in IT (e.g. specialist in system integration (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)) or a comparable qualification. You already provide sound knowledge in server, network, virtualization and monitoring environments, ideally in the 2nd or 3rd levels. You are familiar with the requirements of ISO 27001, BSI IT basic protection as well as patch and vulnerability management. You proceed structuredly, prioritize efficiently and document clean and comprehensible. You know emergency processes, perform restore tests and can demonstrate their effectiveness. The cooperation with internal departments, IT security and external service providers is designed constructively and solution-oriented.
