Number: MER000441P Large-Cars MB.EA-L is responsible for the digital testing and worldwide testing of prototypes in the top class segment of Mercedes-Benz. In the Digital Backup & Cross-sectional Functions team, we control the digital testing of all Mercedes-Benz vehicles in early development phases, responsible for the development and optimization of our digital simulation methods in the entire vehicle context. In addition, our team is responsible for coordinating and communicating with other specialist departments from the perspective of the overall vehicle test and is thus driving the degree of maturity and quality of our vehicles in early stages. These challenges come to you: incorporation into existing simulation methods (e.g. SPH, FEM, CFD) and understanding the relevant physical relationships

Creation of an overview of the suitability of the simulation methods used for the use of AI

Selection of a simulation method as a basis for the prototypical AI integration

Development and training of an AI model for accelerating or substituting the simulation
