Strengthen our team as Controlling Professional (m/w/d) and support sound business decisions through meaningful financial analyses. Work closely with colleagues from various departments and actively contribute to the success of our production organisation.

In this role, you work with different levels of the organization - especially with the area of production. You support our business partners in production controlling as well as local and regional executives in implementing operational and strategic business goals through high-quality analyses and sound financial advice.

It is an unlimited full-time job (38 hours/week) in the company headquarters at the Einbeck site.

Your tasks:

Cost control Collection and analysis of production costs Development of standard costs Implementation of deviation analyses Identification of cost savings potential

Budgeting & Forecasting Support of Business Partner Production Controlling in the calculation of production costs (COGM) Control and coordination of the collection of production process data and relevant key figures

Conclusions Calculation and analysis of production costs of the sold products (COGS) by type of culture in the context of quarterly and annual accounts Support for the inventory management process to a limited extent

master data management Maintenance of master data according to the established control models

Cooperation & Communication Close cooperation with international colleagues from production and Finance & Controlling Ensuring compliance with cost controlling and governance standards

Your profile:

Successfully completed master's degree in economics, economics, agribusiness or a comparable discipline First professional experience in controlling and/or finance, ideally in an international environment - alternatively relevant experiences as an intern or student in the field of controlling or finance Very good IT skills, especially in MS Excel; Knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA and Business Warehouse are beneficial High self-initiative as well as the ability to proactively promote issues and achieve results Joy in taking responsibility and developing solutions together with various stakeholders Teamplayer fluent English knowledge in word and writing, ideally very good German knowledge in word and writing
